Our solution was to manufacture the helical staircase from spiral rolled materials, rather than PFC channel, due to manufacturing constraints with PFC. The staircase was manufactured in the factory, to ensure accurate dimensioning and cut in half for installation. The staircase was then fitted through a removed window in sections, followed by installation and welding by our skilled operatives. The balustrades and curved toughened glass were then fitted to complete a difficult project on time and on budget. The associated balustrades were fabricated and welded to completion in position and glazed by our team of skilled operative.
